Adiyaman province is beautiful. We took this trip about a month ago. My husband discovered this place while on a business trip.. came home, and said that we should go back together. Would I say no?
I got drunk from the oxygen that day! I remember we stopped at some village on our way. Mehmet went to the mosque, and me and Timur were left to look around. By the time he came back, I refused to move. I wanted to stay there...fields of wild flowers, mountain views, nice people. Oh well, we had to go... but I think I know how our elder life will look like)
Our destination was the top of Mt. Nemrut. I already mentioned on my instagram how lazy I was with the camera that day, but the views were just incredible. We felt like we are on another planet. Interestingly, it was just us there... us and Greek/ Armenian statues meeting the sunset (gloomy, but still!).
